On April 3, 2024, at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, police lieutenant Zhangabulova S.S. , together with the head of the OD SOP UP of the city of Kostanay, police major Boltaev K.A. a lecture-conversation was held for 1st year group students on the topic: “Bullying or how not to become a victim.”

               The police officers explained the norms of administrative and criminal legislation. During this event, students were shown a video aimed at preventing bullying among teenagers. Students asked questions and participated in a discussion of bullying prevention methods.
