Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College was visited on April 4 by the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kulyash Shamshidinova. Deputy Director for EPW Kaypbayeva Zh.Sh. WorldSkills, Kostanay, 2019, talks about the development of the Worldskills movement in higher education, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of educational programs in the form of dual training.

        Worldskills is an international movement whose goal is to improve the skills of working professions and the development of skills. Students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College occupy several years of prizes, including at international competitions. WorldSkills Kostanay 2019, work out the technology of cooking delicious desserts. College students present various pastry made under the guidance of teachers Saidov A.M., Pavlova L.A., Balguzhinova J.E.: mousse cake, ptyfour, entreme, chocolates. In the laboratory “Bakery shop” teachers I.A. Ryadinskaya and Brose O.V. “Baking skills” presented in French technologies: croissants, apple roses, French brioche buns.

       The minister is told that they have mastered the technology of preparing dough according to traditional French recipes.

        Graduates of higher college have no problems with employment. They are willing to work in any bakery, pasta shop, pastry. The Minister wished the students further victories!
