Within the framework of the State program “Digital Kazakhstan” and the work of the regional methodical association of teachers of information disciplines, from January 17 to February 15, 2018 among the teachers of the organizations of technical and vocational education of the Kostanay region there was a competition “IT innovator – 2018”.

The purpose of the contest was to identify and disseminate the innovative experience of teachers using modern IT technologies in their professional activities.

The regional competition was held in 2 stages. 30 teachers of the region took part in the first qualification. The opportunity to participate in the second full-time stage was given to 8 teachers who scored the maximum number of points in the qualifying stage of the competition.

On February 15, 2018, on the basis of the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, the regional final stage took place, during which the best it-innovators of technical and vocational education of the Kostanay region presented their work systems and carried out the practical tasks of the competition.

With words of greeting the head of the methodical department of technical and vocational education of the Department of Education of Akimat of Kostanay region Nurkina Aigul Saparovna made a speech. The contestants were judged by a jury competent in the field of IT technologies, which included the teacher of the special discipline of the Kostanay Automobile Transport College – Inessa Mikhaivovna Rothman, the head of the Information Technology Department of the Education Department of the Akimat of the city of Kostanay – Askar Dildabekovich Yekelev, the technician of the Education Department of the Akimat of the Kostanay Region – Amirkhanov Askar Kazbekovich.

Participants of the competition demonstrated a high level of professionalism, creativity, effective use of IT technologies in educational activities.

Prize places in the contest were distributed as follows:

1 place – teacher of Kostanay Medical College – Khalbaeva Gulzhan Rashidovna;

2 nd place is the teacher of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College – Baitursunova Kalisa Kuandykovna;

3 place – teacher of Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College – Smolova Ekaterina Sergeevna
