On February 26, 2025, a meeting of the psychological club «Freud’s Children» was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. The purpose of this event was to study and understand the topic of «Boundaries» in various aspects of life. The event was attended by college students interested in psychology and self-development. During the event, the club members completed a number of exercises aimed at understanding and establishing personal boundaries. At the beginning of the meeting, the exercise «Two facts, one lie» was held, which helped the participants get to know each other better and create an atmosphere of trust. Then the participants discussed the topic of «Boundaries in communication», identifying different types of boundaries and ways to establish them. The exercise “Conflict situations” allowed the participants to consider various conflict scenarios and find constructive ways to resolve them, taking into account personal boundaries. At the end of the meeting, an exercise «Resources for Borders» was held, during which the participants identified their strengths and resources that help them protect and maintain their borders. The result of the event was a deeper understanding by the participants of the topic of borders, as well as the acquisition of practical skills for their establishment and protection. At the end of the event, the opinions of the participants were heard, who noted the usefulness and relevance of the meeting.
