On March 15, 2024, Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College hosted an international student scientific and practical conference on the topic “THE PATH TO SUCCESS-2024: EDUCATION. SCIENCE. PROFESSION”.  The conference is aimed at supporting students’ creative initiatives, spreading the experience of research activities, increasing and supporting the status of research activities among students, developing scientific and creative activity of students.

The International Student Scientific and Practical Conference is a platform for the exchange of experience, scientific achievements and results. Within the framework of this event, the results are summed up, new scientific goals are set. The scientific and practical conference provides an opportunity for students to gain experience in participating in major scientific events, choose their scientific direction for further development.

More than 200 students from Kazakhstan, Russia and Kyrgyzstan presented their creative ideas at the conference: Astana, Almaty, St. Petersburg, Bishkek, Aktau, Aktobe, Arkalyk, Atyrau, Balkhash, Zhambyl, Zhezkazgan, Zhitikara, Esik, Kaskelen, Kentau, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Ridder, Rudny, Saran, Semey, Turkestan, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Chelyabinsk, Yuzhno-Uralsk, Shchuchinsk. The conference was held in two languages: Kazakh and Russian.

The evaluation of the research papers submitted to the conference was conducted by a jury, which included teachers with the degree of Doctor of Sciences, Doctor of PhD, Candidate of Sciences, academic degree of Master of Sciences.

The speakers demonstrated a high level of knowledge of the material, answered all the questions asked, confirming the independence of the work, and also convincingly proved their relevance and scientific novelty, rightfully taking first and prize places in their sections.

Within the framework of the conference, a seminar was organized for scientific supervisors, at which well-known innovative teachers highlighted topical issues in the field of education: topic «How to be a mentor to yourself and not only», speaker Alimbayeva A.K. deputy director for EWP of primary school No. 12 of the Department of Education of the Zhitikarinsky district; topic «Research activity as a factor in the development of students’ creative abilities», speaker Dyusekeeva L.K. deputy Director for EWP of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College; topic «Elements of artificial intelligence in education», speaker Tulegenov E.N. head of the Department of IED of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College; topic «Development of the entrepreneurial initiative of the younger generation», speaker Bibik V.V. deputy Director for SMW of Kostanay College of Motor Transport;  topic «Modern interactive formats of events», speaker Kaipbaeva Zh.Sh., deputy Director for EMW of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.
