Not far off is a beautiful date – the Day of Unity of the Peoples of Kazakhstan. This is a special occasion for Kazakhstan people. Our state is a multinational house in which different ethnic groups and nationalities coexist peacefully.

On April 27, among the 1st year students, the Festival of National Cultures «Under one shade» was held.

The purpose of this event was the formation of students’ respect for the history and culture of peoples through familiarity with the traditions and customs that live in Kazakhstan. In this festival, 10 groups took an active part. Each group demonstrated national costumes, showed customs, traditions, national games, traditional dances of the peoples of Kazakhstan.

In each nomination, the best numbers were awarded. The first place in the nomination «National traditions and ceremonies» was taken by the TP-18 group, in the nomination «National songs and dances» the best was the group BP-12, in the category «National costume» the 1st place was taken by the group ТР-17.
