On April 28,  “Kostanay Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Leo Tolstoy” hosted a creative evening “Manuscripts do not burn” dedicated to the 130^th anniversary of the birth of the Russian writer, playwright Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov with the students of the Kostanay Polytechnic College.

The creative evening was held in the format of a trolleybus route in cities such as Kiev and Moscow. During the event, autobiographical materials were used. The author’s work was represented by such a work as “The Master and Margarita”, and also the reasons that led M.A.Bulgakov to the destruction of his manuscripts were considered. The participants of the meeting enjoyed the piano pieces, as well as the song “Manuscripts Don’t Burn” performed by Alexander Gradsky. Students of the ХП-20 group showed great interest in this event, they were touched with the talent of the writer and demonstrated good knowledge in the field of literature.
