Bakytzhan Erasyl, a prize-winner of the EuroSkills Gdansk 2023 professional skills competition in the competence “Engineering Design CAD” and a graduate of Atyrau Polytechnic Higher College, is preparing for the upcoming WorldSkills Lyon 2024 International Championship.

As part of his preparation Bakytzhan is undergoing an intensive training course that will last 48 days. Each day he devotes 6 hours to practicing his skills. The main base for these trainings is located in Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, where he works under the guidance of an experienced coach Lazarev Rodion Nikolaevich, a recognized expert in the field of engineering design.

In addition, Bakytzhan has also completed a course of psychological training, which helps him to better cope with the demands and stress of the upcoming competitions. These efforts are aimed at demonstrating the best results and successfully representing Kazakhstan in the international arena.
