The Board of Trustees of the State Enterprise “Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College” operates on the basis of standard rules “Organization of the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in technical and vocational, post-secondary education organizations” (Appendix 3 to the order of the Acting Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 1, 2023 No. 56).
