On January 19 of this year, technical studies on the rules for the formation of the nomenclature of cases of departments and divisions were conducted at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. The speaker of the seminar, the head of the personnel department, Ismagambetova A.K. familiarized personnel with the rules for the formation of the nomenclature, determining the storage periods for documentation, on the procedure for transferring documents to the archive, on the procedure for writing off documentation. The audience of the seminar include deputy directors, heads of departments, specialists conducted a preliminary analysis of the compliance of the documentation with the current nomenclature of the divisions. In the second part of the seminar in a discussion format, the speaker explained to the audience the issues they were interested in regarding the formation of the nomenclature, taking into account the peculiarities of the department’s work.
