From September 3 to September 13, 2024, the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College hosted team-building workshops for first-year students. The goals of this event were to assist students in quickly adapting to new conditions and to foster a friendly atmosphere among first-year students.

All groups of first-year students participated in the event. During the activities, various games and group tasks were organized, aimed at establishing trusting relationships and improving communication among students.

At the end of the workshops, students shared their opinions about the conducted training. All participants noted the importance of such events in building cohesion and mutual understanding within the group.
