The transition from school to college is an important event for children, which is a little alarming with its uncertainty, novelty and expectation of greater responsibility.

 To make every freshman feel comfortable, a traditional event «Dedication to students» was held in a cozy friendly family of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College on 8.10.2023. The purpose of the event was to introduce freshmen to the traditions of the educational institution, the formation of a friendly student team.

The program of the event included 2 stages: the ceremonial part and the quest game «Student life – a period of bright moments».

A real student, according to undergraduates, is someone who has passed all the tests with dignity and honor during initiation, therefore, the deputies of the student Parliament of the KPWC have developed and included tasks for intelligence, creativity, dexterity, cohesion and teamwork in the quest program.

It should be noted that all the guys coped with the tasks perfectly: they showed their dexterity, creativity and ability to solve intellectual problems.

The organizers of the event, the leaders of the student Parliament, tried to create an atmosphere of trust and interaction between the participants, and the freshmen themselves, in turn, demonstrated their skills, the ability to work in a team and make quick decisions if necessary.

 This year, the college staff accepted 398 first-year students into their large family, who, we are sure, will worthily bear the proud title of students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, continue and multiply the traditions of their native educational institution.
