Nowadays, terrorism is one of the main threats to the security of the people. In recent years, it has shown its extreme progressive cruelty. As a result of the commission of acts of terrorism, innocent people are suffering. For terrorists, human life has no value.

According to  the plan of the prevention of terrorism and religious extremism for the 2017-2018 academic year, officers from
the Department of National Security Committee conducted a preventive conversation with students from the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. Studentswere given information on how to behave when a terrorist threat occurs and what services need to be contacted and called. The officers also recalled the responsibility of minors for a knowingly false report about an act of terrorism.
