On February 9, 2024, in Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, within the framework of the Regional competition of professional skills among teachers of special disciplines and masters of industrial training in the competence “Baking skills”, in order to improve the professional skills of TVPSE teachers and the quality of professional training of specialists, participants were selected for the second stage of the competition.

At the first stage of the competition, teachers underwent online testing with the proctoring procedure. 13 teachers from colleges of Kostanay region took part,              5 teachers who scored the maximum number of points entered the second stage of the competition: Ryadinskaya I.A. (Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College), Aliyeva G.A. (Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College), Gorbatenko T.M. (Rudnensky College of Technology and Service), Savina O.I. (Kostanay College of Sphere services), Karlysheva Y.S. (Kazakhstan Agrotechnical College).

In the second stage, participants will compete in the skills for the best professional portfolio, in the manufacture of bakery products – sourdough rye bread, savory appetizer, puff pastry (colored croissants).
