Recertification

The presence of a certified quality management system helps to improve the image of the organization and is a guarantee of the reliability of the organization for consumers and partners. Organizations with a certified management system have great competitive advantages in concluding government contracts and participating in tenders. For example, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on “Public Procurement”, the presence of a certified management system, in accordance with the requirements of national standards, is one of the criteria for recognizing goods, work, services of a tender participant as better. The QMS recertification is a repeated confirmation of its compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001-2015). It is carried out by a special expert commission at the end of the three-year period of validity of the previously issued QMS certificate of conformity. During the recertification audit, the QMS functioning is analyzed during the certificate validity period. A selective check of the nomenclature documentation is carried out for compliance with the requirements, for maintaining it in working condition, understanding and implementation of the functional of those responsible for the processes to increase customer satisfaction is established.
