On September 5, our country celebrates the Day of the languages ​​of the peoples of Kazakhstan. This day was chosenbecause it was on September 5 that the founder of Kazakh linguistics, Akhmet Baitursynov, was born. In connection with the distance learning format, the teachers of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines prepared an exciting online quiz for college students on the knowledge of interesting facts about the state language and language policy of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the event was to instill interest in the knowledge of the state language, the formation of patriotism through the study of the cultural heritage of the people. The following tasks were set: the formation of interest in the state language of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the fostering of respect for the cultural heritage of the peoples of Kazakhstan, as well as a tolerant attitude between representatives of different nationalities living in Kazakhstan.

In total, over 200 people took part in the quiz, including college students and teachers. The quiz is available on the college’s Instagram account @kpvk_officical in the actual tab.
