On April 13, 2026, students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College took part in the preventive campaign «Safe Road for Children. » The event was organized jointly with the Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the Police Department, and the Department of Education.

The purpose of the campaign was to improve road safety among children and adolescents, promote responsible behavior on the road, and prevent traffic accidents involving minors.

During the event, students actively participated by conducting awareness conversations with pedestrians and schoolchildren, reminding them of the rules for crossing the road and the importance of following traffic regulations, as well as emphasizing the need to be attentive and careful on the road.

The joint work with representatives of government agencies helped to strengthen the preventive effect of the campaign and draw public attention to the issue of children’s road safety.

Participation in such events contributes to the development of civic responsibility, social activity, and a caring attitude toward public safety issues.
