Solemn event dedicated to the presentation of the book written by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N.A. Nazarbayev’s “Era of Independence” was held on January 25, 2018 in the palace of culture “Miras”.

A welcoming speech was made by Secretary of the Kostanay region Maslikhat Eshanov Sailaubek Ergazievich.

Leaders of public opinion of Kostanay region held the presentation:

Machneva S. G. – an excellent student of the USSR, Honorary member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan, at the time of the formation of the Republic, led the formation of the Kostanay region.

Abil E.A. – Doctor of Historical Sciences, Rector of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, Deputy of Regional Maslikhat, Member of Public Council on Education of Regional Branch of “Nur Otan” Party.

Bekmagambetov A.B. – deputy director of the Kostanay branch of the Chelyabinsk State University for Science, member of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, expert council of the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctoral student of the Russian Peoples’ Friendship University.

Olkinyan L.Yu. – the head of the corporation of the University of Allur Group Saryarka Auto Prom.

Doschanova A.I. – director of the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, candidate of economic sciences, professor, deputy of the regional maslikhat.

In the book, according to the speakers, the President paid special attention to the disclosure of the stages of the construction of the new Kazakhstan, the analysis of internal logic and decision-making mechanisms in response to the most difficult internal and external challenges of the first decades of Independence.

The President’s book contains invaluable experience of practical state management and strategic planning, is a kind of nationwide platform for optimism and confidence in the future.

The aim of the event was to inform a wide range of youth audience in the colleges of Kostanay oblast about the stages of formation and development of Kazakhstan.

The speakers expressed confidence that the book will take a worthy place in the training program of the personnel training system of Kazakhstan.

Today, it is very important for youth to know the history of the country’s development, and in this regard, more than 500 young teachers and students of the technical and vocational education system of the region took part in the event.
