On April 24, a parent meeting on the topic “Family and College: Ways of Effective Interaction was held ” for sophomores’ parents at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.

The purpose of the event was to clarify the organization of student certification, industrial training, to attract parents’ attention to the formation of social responsibility of students, prevention of offenses, preservation and maintenance of the psychological health of adolescents during distance learning.

During the parent meeting, the following issues were considered:

1. On the existing criminal liability for crimes against sexual inviolability and sexual freedom of the individual.
2. Summing up the results of industrial practice, qualification practice.
3. Anti-corruption.
4. Issues of employment of graduates
5. Creation of conditions for the preservation and maintenance of psychological health in the family. (psychological advice to parents of graduates)
6. Session of questions. (the curator’s answers to the parents’ questions.)

 Parents were familiarized with the criminal articles of the Republic of Kazakhstan for crimes against sexual inviolability, with a memo for parents on combating corruption. The parents were told about the organization of industrial practice within the framework of distance learning, and also familiarized with the schedule of industrial practice of graduating groups. At the end of the parent meeting,  parents were given recommendations for maintaining conditions and maintaining the psychological health of adolescents during the examination period.
