“On the negative nature of pseudo-religious movements”

Modern terrorism is a complex system consisting of a complex of complementary processes. The emergence and spread of terrorism have certain historical prerequisites and are associated with both internal economic, political, social, interethnic, and confessional contradictions, as well as external, including terrorist threats common to the entire world community.

In order to prevent terrorist acts, foster patriotism, and foster a sense of rejection of violence, terrorism, and extremism, the ES-24 group held a seminar on the prevention of religious extremism and terrorism.

The purpose of the seminar is to strengthen interethnic and interfaith harmony, as well as to prevent various conflicts among young people.

The speakers of the event told the seminar participants about the main priorities of state policy in the field of religions and familiarized the audience with legislative acts, the religious situation in the country and methods of information work in the Internet space.
