On January 10, 2025 the Methodical flash-seminar within the framework of the work of the educational-methodical association for deputy directors of educational and educational-production work on the theme “Organization of the educational process: new facets of development of educational institution” was held, which was attended by 30 deputy directors of colleges of Kostanay region. The chosen format of the meeting allowed to activate each participant and involve in creative search of modern forms, methods and directions of work.

To activate the participants of the flash seminar, the head of the UMI, deputy director for SD of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College KGKP Shcherbakova I.A., organized brainstorming, during which a cocktail “Fresh ideas for the organization of the educational process” was prepared. The participants of the seminar identified the following ingredients: availability of qualified personnel, modern MTB, use of modern technologies, introduction of innovations, joint work with employers, as well as moral and material support of teachers and students, which will motivate them to achieve decent results.

Тhe methodological flash seminar became an important platform for generating new ideas, identifying the necessary vectors for the active development of educational institutions. The event emphasized the importance of those key areas that open the way to success: support and professional development of teaching staff, introduction of innovations, use of modern technologies, strengthening of MTB, joining efforts of the college and social partners. Each participant of the seminar took a lot of ideas for implementation to his/her college, which confirms the practical significance of the presented materials.
