On February 19, a meeting of the psychological club “Freud’s Children” was held at Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. The topic of discussion was personal boundaries – their meaning, formation and ways of protection.

The participants got acquainted with the types of personal boundaries: physical, emotional, intellectual and temporary. We discussed the factors influencing their violation and the consequences of this.

The practical part included exercises to help realize and establish personal boundaries. In conclusion, the students shared their impressions, noting the importance and usefulness of the information received.
