On October 2, 2024, a meeting was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College between students and senior officers from the Criminal Police Department of the Kostanay Region. The meeting was attended by Lieutenant Colonel of Police M.N. Abeuov, a senior operative for particularly important cases from the Cybercrime Department, and Captain of Police Zhangeldy Alibi, a senior operative from the Criminal Police Department of the Northern Police Department of Kostanay. The theme of the meeting was “Prevention of Cybercrime and the Responsibility of Droppers.”

The purpose of the event was to prevent juvenile offenses and promote legal knowledge, fostering a responsible attitude in adolescents towards complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In their speeches, the police officers explained to the students the administrative and criminal liability of students for illegal actions, particularly in relation to cybercrime and the responsibility of droppers.
