Article 73-1. Intentional causing of minor bodily harm

1. Intentional causing of minor bodily harm, resulting in short-term health disorder or minor permanent loss of general working capacity, –
   shall entail a fine in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.
   Article 73-2. Battery
2. Battery or other violent actions that cause physical pain but do not result in minor bodily harm –
   entails a fine in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to ten days.
   Article 434. Petty hooliganism
   Part 1 has been amended in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.12.17 No. 127-VI (see old version)
3. Petty hooliganism, i.e. obscene language in public places, offensive harassment of individuals, desecration of residential premises, pollution of public places, parks, squares, including dumping municipal waste in unauthorized places, and other similar actions expressing disrespect for others, violating public order and the peace of individuals, – entails a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices or administrative arrest for up to ten days

Article 438. Knowingly making a false call to emergency services

1. Knowingly making a false call to the state fire service, police, ambulance, or emergency services –
   shall entail a fine for individuals in the amount of thirty monthly calculation indices.
   Article 440. Drinking alcoholic beverages or appearing in public places in a state of intoxication
2. Drinking alcoholic beverages on the streets and in other public places, except for trade and catering establishments where the sale of alcoholic beverages on tap is permitted by the local executive body, or appearing in public places in a state of intoxication that offends human dignity and public morality –
   shall entail a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices.
   Article 441. Violation of the ban on consumption of tobacco products in certain public places
   Part 1 is set out in the wording of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06.04.15, No. 299-V (see old version); amendments were made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 10.05.17, No. 64-VI (see old version)
3. Consumption of tobacco products in certain public places where the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan has established a ban on the consumption of tobacco products, with the exception of the case provided for in Part Five of Article 564 of this Code, –
   entails a fine for individuals in the amount of three monthly calculation indices.
   Article 442. Presence of minors at night in entertainment establishments or outside the home without the accompaniment of legal representatives
4. Presence of minors in entertainment establishments at night without the accompaniment of legal representatives from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. -entails a fine for legal representatives in the amount of three monthly calculation indices.

5. The presence of minors outside the home without the accompaniment of legal representatives from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. –
   entails a warning to the legal representatives.
   Article 448. Vandalism of minors
   Vandalism, that is, the desecration of buildings, other structures, historical and cultural monuments, natural objects protected by the state, burial places of people with inscriptions or drawings, or other actions that offend public morality, as well as intentional damage to property in transport or other public places, committed by minors under the age of sixteen, – entails a fine for parents or persons replacing them in the amount of fifteen monthly calculation indices.
