On May 28, 2024, a lecture for 1st year students on the prevention of tuberculosis was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, conducted by epidemiologist Kuntuarova Zarina Valerievna.

The purpose of this event was to inform students about the prevention of tuberculosis, the peculiarities of the manifestation of this disease, transmission routes and measures to combat this infection. The doctor found out the level of awareness of the guys about the problem; gave reliable information on the ways of transmission of tuberculosis, on examination for tuberculosis, on safe behavior, on the possibilities of preventing infection. Those present listened carefully to the information, and then asked questions of interest to them.
