On February 27, 2025, an important lecture-discussion was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, dedicated to the topic of sexual inviolability of minors and the prevention of criminal offenses related to this problem. The event brought together college students who showed an active interest in the issues discussed.

The lecture was given by social educator Morgunova E.A., who spoke in detail about the importance of sexual inviolability and the consequences of its violation. Participants discussed current statistics, examples from practice and measures that can be taken to protect the rights of minors.

Particular attention was paid to preventive measures aimed at preventing crimes against minors. The speaker emphasized the importance of informing young people about their rights and ways of protection, as well as the role of parents and educational institutions in this process. Morgunova E.A. also brought to the attention of students information on how not to become a victim, and where to go if they are subjected to violence. The lecture-conversation became not only an educational event, but also a platform for open dialogue, where students could ask questions and share their thoughts. Such meetings contribute to the formation of a safe and supportive environment for young people, which is one of the priority tasks of our college.
