11/23/2020 – an online lecture on the topic “Law and Responsibility” was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. The purpose of the lecture was the prevention of delinquency among minors, the education of the legal consciousness of students; developing the skills of independent decision-making.

During the conversation, the students were introduced to the responsibility for committing crimes such as theft, extortion, and bodily harm. It was explained to them from what age the criminal liability comes and what penalties are applied for committing crimes.
