On November 26, within the framework of the implementation of the regional project on patriotic and family education “Kazakhstan is our common home,” a training was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College among students of 1-4 courses, aimed at developing resilience, stress resistance, as well as aimed at preventing religious extremism and terrorism.

The purpose of the event was to promote the development of resilience, stress resistance, value orientations, the formation of a negative attitude towards extremist organizations, resistance to destructive influences in the teenage environment.

During the lesson, students in practice used a variety of stress management methods, performed exercises that were aimed at the ability to find a way out of difficult situations, the ability to be attentive to their condition,

The contingent of participants in the event amounted to 850 people.
