The annual job fair with a motto “Career begins here” was held on February 21, 2020 at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.

The purpose of the event was to identify the staffing needs of the labor market, to establish ties with employers and social partners, as well as to promote the employment of graduates.

11 leading enterprises of the city and the region, social partners in the dual form of training took part in the job fair. Among them were “SaryarkaAvtoProm” LLP, “EvrazKaspianStal” LLP, “Kostanay Agromechanical Plant” LLP, “Baltic Control Kazakhstan” LLP, “National Center for Expertise and Certification”, “Bayan Sulu” JSC, “Astykzhan Kostanay” LLP, “KMK-Pioneer” LLP, “Agro Korn” LLP and others.

Employer organizations presented their vacancies and pre-selected candidates for employment, then individual interviews were organized for graduates, who provided resumes.

Also, a job fair was attended by representatives of the Kostanay City Employment Center, which spoke about the possibility of employing graduates in youth practice as part of the “Enbek” State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017 – 2021.
