On March 12, 2023, at the Kostanay Polytechnic Technical College in the psychological club “Freud’s Children,” conversations and training took place on the topic “How to overcome your fear.”

     The purpose of the event was to work through fears and anxiety among adolescents in order to help students understand that fear can be overcome with the help of certain techniques.

     Throughout all the conversations and training sessions, the guys were active, asked questions, discussed, verbally analyzed situations and found ways to combat fears.
