The Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College actively practices the dual form of education for the specialty «Bakery, macaroni and confectionery production» based on the largest joint-stock company «Bayan Sulu».

A training center has been established at this enterprise to train future specialists in the confectionery industry.

For an employer, dual training is a good chance to get talented young people who have the necessary knowledge and skills. Moreover, the future employee is adapted to the production and working team.

For students, this is a great chance to gain autonomy early and easier to adapt to adulthood. Already during their studies, they receive a monetary reward for their work at the enterprise, and after it is completed – a job for which they are well prepared.
