Employment of graduates

Today, graduate employment is one of the key performance indicators for a college. The opportunity to work in their chosen field directly impacts a graduate’s professional growth and competence.

The effectiveness of the teaching staff is assessed based on the training of qualified specialists, their successful employment, and their continued professional development. The college’s primary goal is to provide graduates with maximum assistance in finding employment, creating conditions for their competitiveness in the labor market.

To successfully complete these tasks, the graduate must:

– master the skills acquired during studies;

– gain practical experience during industrial training;

– master additional professions and competencies in continuing education courses.

Employment monitoring is carried out annually on the basis of reports from the educational institution sent to higher educational and regulatory bodies.

Over the past three years, the college has consistently trained in-demand specialists, as evidenced by the high employment rate of graduates – from 90% to 95%.
