From 09/28/2020 to 09/02/2020, the regional championship WSK-2020 in the competence “Bakery business” was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.

6 young specialists aged 15 to 19 from 3 educational institutions of the Kostanay region took part in the competition of the competence “Bakery”.

The participants were required to prepare a savory snack, bake small-piece products, wheat bread using a mysterious ingredient. The task consisted of three modules (savory snack, small-piece products, mysterious bread).

On the first day of the competition, 09/29/20, the participants had to complete two modules, the preparation of a spicy snack (open quiche pie, 5 pieces with the same filling), and a mysterious bread (when kneading the dough, an ingredient is used that makes the product spice).

The second day of the competition 09/30/2020, the participants performed the preparation of small-piece pastry.
