On February 15, 2024, in honor of the 35th anniversary of the Day of withdrawal of the limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Republic of Afghanistan, a festive concert was held in the Palace of Culture “Miras”.

Veterans of the Afghan War, veterans of the Armed Forces, students of military-patriotic clubs of Kostanay city, including students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College from the military-industrial complex “Zhas Sarbaz” were invited to the event. These are students of groups ES-17, ES-19, PO-6, PO-7, A-2, B-4.

By tradition, before the start of the event, everyone gathered in Victory Park at the memorial to soldiers-internationalists, where a rally was held with a solemn ceremony of laying flowers.

Then creative groups and artists of the “Miras” Cultural Center prepared a festive concert, where songs dedicated to the courage, valor and bravery of soldiers who fulfilled their international duty with honor and to the end were performed!
