On February 20, at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, a legal awareness hour titled «Өмірге салауатты қадам» – «A Step Towards a Healthy Life» was held. The event was dedicated to preventing the spread of synthetic drugs among teenagers. First-year students from groups ST-8, ES-24, M-14, TZ-30, and HP-25 participated in the session.

The legal awareness hour aimed to enhance students’ legal literacy and inform them about the risks associated with illegal drug trafficking, particularly in online spaces. The organizers sought to emphasize the importance of a healthy lifestyle and legal awareness among young people.

The meeting featured representatives of law enforcement agencies – Senior Lieutenant of Police Kosnazarov Alibek Serikovich and Senior Lieutenant Tuleu Islam Talgatovich. The officers provided detailed explanations to students about modern threats related to the spread of synthetic drugs via online resources and ways to prevent them.
