On July 7, a meeting was held between the college staff and legal adviser R. Musainova, dedicated to anti-corruption issues and increasing the level of legal literacy in the field of anti-corruption legislation.During the event, the main provisions of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Fighting Corruption” were reviewed, the types of corruption offenses, liability measures for their commission, as well as the duties of employees to comply with the principles of legality, integrity, transparency, and professional ethics were explained. Special attention was paid to the formation of an anti-corruption culture, prevention of corruption risks in professional activities, prevention of conflicts of interest, and adherence to the norms of anti-corruption behavior.

The meeting participants were reminded of the importance of each employee’s personal responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and the principle of zero tolerance to any manifestations of corruption.Holding such events contributes to strengthening the atmosphere of openness, trust, and legality, as well as forming an effective system for preventing corruption offenses in the college.
