On April 28, the regional competition «The best volunteer of the year» was held in the walls of the Kostanay College of the Service Industry.

The purpose of the event was the formation of TVE organizations of moral and ethical qualities among the students, the development of creative abilities and skills, the opportunity for young people to manifest themselves, to realize their potential.
