Currently, technical and vocational education of the Republic of Kazakhstan is undergoing modernization processes based on scientific achievements and best practices.
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in the Strategy of Kazakhstan – 2050, draws attention to the need to «build a national economy based on innovation».
In this regard, the role of research projects and scientific work of students of technical and vocational education is growing.
The scientific and practical conference of students «Intellectual potential of the younger generation is the key of successful industrial and innovative development of Kazakhstan» on the basis of the Kostanay Higher Polytechnic College, which took place on April 10, 2018 is especially relevant.
The purpose of the conference was to develop the intellectual and creative potential of students through research and development in conditions of spiritual modernization of society.
The conference was held in 6 sections:
1 section «Actual questions of humanitarian disciplines»
2 section «Actual questions of philology»
3 section «Development of information technologies as a factor in the development of digital Kazakhstan»
4 section «Modern еrends in Economic Science in the Conditions of Realizing the Strategy of Kazakhstan»
5 section «The newest technologies in the field of engineering, electric power engineering»
6 section «Innovative technologies in industry»
The scientific and practical conference has become a dialogue platform for research work of more than 80 students from 14 colleges of the city and the region.
Competent members of the jury: Pritula Raisa Alekseevna – professor, candidate of economic sciences of Kostanay Engineering and Economic University after M. Dulatov, Solovieva Natalia Anatolievna – Head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Kostanay State Pedagogical University, Eeyseeva Gainiya Galimzhanovna – Head of the Department «Standardization and Food Technologies» Ph.D., associate professor of the Kostanai Engineering and Economic University after M. Dulatov objectively evaluated the work of students. The best works were awarded with diplomas for 1,2,3 place, letters of thanks were awarded to scientific leaders, directors of colleges, participants of the conference were awarded certificates.
