Astana Hub is the largest international technopark of IT startups in Central Asia, and an important tool in the development of high technologies and creating a favorable environment for innovation in the regions.

One of the important goals of Astana Hub is to create an innovative environment conducive to the accelerated development of startups and high-tech projects. Incubation and acceleration programs provided by the technopark provide startups with access to the necessary resources, expert support and investment opportunities, contributing to their successful development.

Students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College took an active part in the training programs “Startup School” and “Startup Academy” held within the framework of the technopark. The programs allowed students to successfully master the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively launch and develop their own innovative projects.

During the training, students gained practical skills in the field of entrepreneurship, innovative thinking and startup process management. The courses included training in business planning, business model development, investment attraction and product promotion in the market. The programs also focused on key aspects of entrepreneurship, including marketing, financial management and teamwork. Specialized workshops and lectures from successful entrepreneurs complemented theoretical training with practical skills.

The Startup School and Startup Academy programs provided students with the opportunity to turn their business ideas into real innovative projects and prepare for a successful start of their entrepreneurial business. Upon completion of the course, students received certificates confirming successful completion of their studies and readiness to apply their knowledge in practice. Thanks to the knowledge gained during the courses, the students won the Winter Pizza Pitch competition with the projects “Eco Furniture” and “Ecoplitka”, which brought them monetary awards. They used the prize money received to implement the informatization of the submitted projects, in particular, to purchase a color printer for the Business Without Borders Student Entrepreneurship club.

Club members are actively developing a new direction in which they seek to find unique opportunities to participate in investment initiatives.

The participation of students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College in the training programs of the Astana Hub Technopark demonstrates the desire to develop innovative entrepreneurship and training in the field of high technologies.
