Students of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College watched the film “Collector” as part of the “Stop Stalking” initiative

The Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College continues its work on building a safe and conscious media environment among young people. As part of the “Stop Stalking” prevention initiative, students were recommended to watch the psychological film “Collector,” which raises important issues of personal boundaries, responsibility, and the consequences of digital pressure.

The initiative received a strong response from students: many of them started watching the film and actively sharing their impressions. Students noted that the movie encourages reflection on the power of words, the impact of social media, and how easily a person can face public pressure.

After the screening, group discussions were held where students shared their thoughts and talked about the importance of respecting personal space, critical thinking, and safe behavior online.

Such film screenings are becoming a positive tradition at the college. Through cinema, students learn to discuss complex topics, form their own opinions, and develop empathy. The practice of recommending and discussing socially important films will continue in the future.
