In the conditions of constantly changing labor market, the task of training qualified specialists remains a priority for the sustainable development of any state. It becomes especially relevant for independent countries striving for technological and economic progress. In this context, career guidance is an integral part of the vocational education system aimed at shaping the future human resource potential of the country.

On April 29, 2024, a team of teachers from Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, including Ibatova A.K., Moldakhalikova A.V., Kabduali D.S., Kostyrev V.V. and Lazarev R.N., conducted a large-scale career guidance campaign among 9th grade students of schools in Auliyekol district of Kostanay region.

The purpose of the event was to familiarize schoolchildren with the opportunities offered by the college. Teachers presented detailed information about the specialties offered by the educational institution, their importance and prospects. The material and technical base of the college was highlighted, including laboratories, classrooms and technical facilities, which is an important aspect for practical training of specialists.

In addition, the teachers told about various events organized by the college, which contribute not only to the professional but also to the personal development of students. The schoolchildren were provided with propaganda and information materials that helped them to better understand the advantages of getting education in this college.
