During the first two weeks of September, Timbuilding trainings were held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College for students of the new set.

The purpose of the events was to introduce freshmen, develop team interaction skills and create a favorable psychological atmosphere in training groups.

The trainings were attended by first-year students: 1A-5, 1ES-26, 1E-17, 1PO-13, 1ПО-14, 1СИБ-3, 1СИБ-4, 1Б-10, 1Б-11, 1ХП-28, 1СТ-10, 1ТЗ-32, 1М-17, 1М-18.

During the events, the exercises “Name and Characteristics,” “Confusion,” “Living Figure” and other team tasks were held. The Name and Characteristic exercise helped students get to know and remember each other better. Performing “Confusion,” participants learned to negotiate, listen carefully and jointly find a solution. In the “Living Figure” exercise, students showed initiative, creativity and the ability to act together.

At the end of the trainings, the participants shared their impressions and noted that joint activities helped them better recognize classmates, feel the support of the team and more confidently adapt to the new educational environment.
