On April 22, a curatorial hour titled “Legal Culture of Youth as the Basis of Responsible Citizenship under the New Constitution” was held for 1st and 2nd-year students, reaching 425 college students. The event was organized to explain key constitutional norms and to develop the skills of young people to consciously apply them in daily life. During the meeting, participants moved from the theoretical study of legislation to practical analysis, examining specific legal situations and case studies. Particular attention was paid to how the updated provisions of the Constitution affect the guarantees of citizens’ rights and what responsibilities the status of a responsible citizen imposes on modern youth. The open dialogue format allowed students not only to deepen their knowledge of the legal system but also to discuss the importance of an active civic position in the process of building a fair society. The interactive part of the event promoted the development of critical thinking and legal literacy, helping students realize that respect for the law and knowledge of their rights are the foundation of a stable future. The result of the curatorial hour was the understanding that legal culture is not just a sum of knowledge, but above all, a responsible attitude toward one’s actions and the interests of the state.
