From September 21 to September 25, 2026, a regional information and explanatory action “If it’s difficult, just call!” Was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College among students of 1-4 courses, teachers and parents of students.

The purpose of the action is to tell the participants in the educational process where you can turn for psychological help in a difficult life situation. Students, their parents and teachers were familiarized with the work of the Regional Center for Psychological Support and Educational Work of Kostanay Region, the helpline and chat bot “Dosym.”

During the action, special attention was paid to a simple thought: it is not necessary to be alone with experiences. Seeking support can be the first step to solving a difficult situation. Participants were also told that the Centre’s consultations were free and confidential.
