On March 26, 2026, a career guidance event was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College for students of the Oktyabrskaya General Education School from the city of Lisakovsk. The event was attended by 16 students who are at the stage of choosing their future profession.

During the event, students were provided with information about the college’s training programs, study conditions, and the employment opportunities available to graduates. The career guidance session allowed students not only to receive theoretical knowledge but also to get acquainted with practical lessons in the college’s laboratories and workshops.

Students explored the following specialties: automation and control of technological processes, power supply, software development, bakery, pasta and confectionery production, standardization, metrology and certification, accounting and auditing, elevator, flour, cereal and feed production, and mechanical engineering technology.

Practical sessions were conducted under the guidance of teachers and vocational training masters. Participants completed tasks using the equipment, asked questions, and gained an understanding of real working conditions in their professions.

The event received a positive response from the students and became an important stage in their professional self-determination, helping them identify their interests and plan their future educational path.
