“We are on the side of peace and goodness!”

On April 15, 2026, a meeting titled “We are on the side of peace and goodness!” was held at the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College under the leadership of the “Biz Birgemiz” volunteer movement. The event was attended by 15 students who are active participants in the “Biz Birgemiz” psychological volunteering program.

The main objectives of the event were:

• To form a culture of peace among students and awaken a sense of love for the Motherland.
• To explain the deep meaning of the concepts of “peace,” “tolerance,” and “charity”.
• To develop group work skills and foster friendship and unity.

During the meeting, which was held in an exchange of opinions format, students completed creative tasks such as “Dove of Peace” and “Tree of Kindness”. They wrote their wishes on doves cut out of white paper and discussed qualities inherent in a good person, such as honesty, care, and humility.

In the final part, participants summarized their thoughts by completing the sentence: “I am on the side of goodness because…”. At the conclusion of the event, it was especially noted that peace is not only a clear sky, but also peace in our hearts and mutual respect.
