On January 29, teachers from the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, Lyubov Leonidovna Yerzhakanova and Ekaterina Borisovna Kravchenko, conducted career guidance sessions with students of the Tobyl School-Gymnasium. The event was organized to help students make informed career choices and familiarize them with the opportunities offered by secondary vocational education.

During the day, career guidance trials were organized for the gymnasium students. The students had the opportunity to become familiar with the college’s educational environment, facilities, and practical experience in specific areas of training. The trial format allowed the students not only to gain theoretical information but also to experience the specifics of education and professional work in practice. That same evening, college faculty held a career guidance meeting at Shuola, a gymnasium in Tobyl, as part of a parent-student meeting. During the meeting, detailed information about Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College, admission requirements, educational programs, the benefits of studying, and graduate employment prospects were presented.

Parents and students were informed about opportunities to obtain a high-quality education, complete internships, and participate in competitions, contests, and professional events. The prospects for continuing education and successful professional development for college graduates were highlighted.
