From December 8 to 13, 2025, a psychological training titled “How to Become a Leader, Not an Aggressor” was conducted for first- and second-year students. The training aimed to develop constructive leadership skills, prevent aggressive behavior, and improve communication culture among students.

During the training, participants discussed the differences between leadership and aggression, learned emotional self-regulation, effective communication, and peaceful conflict resolution skills. Group work and practical exercises helped students build self-confidence, responsibility, and teamwork abilities.

The training contributed to creating a positive psychological climate and preventing aggressive behavior in the student community.
