On March 1, 2025, the qualifying stage for the training camp for preparation for the EuroSkills Herning 2025 International Championship took place on the basis of Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College. The winners of the Republican Championship of Professional Skills in 2023 and 2024 in the competence “CAD Engineering graphics” took part in the competition.

Representatives of five regions of Kazakhstan came together in a stubborn struggle:

• East Kazakhstan region – Nygmet Galymzhan,
• Atyrau region – Kuanysh Bakdaulet Bauyrzhanuli,
• Kostanay region – Sabrina Anatolyevna Prolygina,
• Abai region – Tyutyunik Pavel,
• Almaty – Baizhuma Yriskeldi Askaruly.

For four hours, the participants completed the task of reverse engineering the part. Experts from the regions, led by international expert Lazarev Rodion Nikolaevich, conducted an objective assessment of the work performed. According to the results of the tests, the strongest participants were identified: Kuanysh Bakdaulet Bauyrzhanuly and Sabrina Anatolyevna Prolygina.

Now they will have to continue their training in the framework of the training camp, where they will compete with each other. The best of them will join the national team and represent the Republic of Kazakhstan at the international level.
