For the graduating students, the mentoring session was held in the format of a philosophical dialogue and ethical training. On the threshold of professional activity, it is important to understand that a diploma provides knowledge, but it is character that determines success in life and career.
The objectives of the session were to explore the concepts of “honor,” “dignity,” and “integrity” as the foundation of personality; to develop an understanding that ethical behavior and honesty are key qualities of a competitive professional; and to encourage students to reflect on their qualities and recognize the spiritual legacy they are building today.
The students discussed the popular wisdom that wealth may be lost, but nobility of soul and a good name remain with a person forever. They also discussed how integrity influences a professional’s reputation and the trust of clients or colleagues. The “DosbolLIKE” program emphasized a culture of mutual assistance and respect for elders and colleagues. “Good character and good manners are qualities that open doors more effectively than professional skills alone.”
At the end of the mentoring sessions, third- and fourth-year students concluded that a person’s true wealth lies in their actions and attitude toward others. These classes help graduates not only become professionals in their field but also, above all, remain Human Beings with a capital “H.”
